Delete your account

For the Avirat software (app.aviratsoftware.com) and the Avirat app for Android and iPhone (com.software.avirat), by AVIRATINFO SOFTWARE AND SERVICE.

How to ask

An Avirat account belongs to a company: the company’s Owner adds the people who sign in. There is no sign-up in the app, so a deletion is asked for here or by email:

  1. Send the form below (or write to info@aviratinfo.com) from the email address you sign in with. Say whether you want your own user deleted, or — if you are the company’s Owner — the whole company’s account closed.
  2. We confirm it is you by replying to that email address. For a company, only its Owner can ask.
  3. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

If you only want to stop someone signing in, the company’s Owner can do that straight away: Users → the person → Deactivate. They are signed out on every browser and phone at once.

What is deleted

  • Your own user: your name, email, password (kept only as a hash), profile picture, two-factor sign-in settings, the browsers and phones you were signed in on, and the addresses used to send notifications to your phone.
  • A closed company: everything the company kept in Avirat — stock, parties, documents, payments, users and uploaded files (stone photos and videos, certificates, attachments). The company’s own database is removed.

What is kept, and for how long

  • A closed company’s data is kept 30 days in case it wants it back, then deleted. Copies in our backups go as the backups expire (14 days, or 30 days on plans with priority backup).
  • Billing and tax records — our invoices to the company and its payments to us — are kept as long as tax law requires.
  • When only your user is deleted, the documents and history you made stay in your company’s books, because they are the company’s records.

Before closing a company, its Owner can download all of its data at any time (Settings → Your Data). More in our privacy policy and terms of service.
