Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between AVIRATINFO SOFTWARE AND SERVICE (“Avirat”, “we”) and the company that signs up for Avirat (“you”). By creating an account or using the software, the website or the mobile app, you accept them on behalf of your company.

The service

Avirat is online software for the diamond, gemstone and jewellery trade: stock, purchases, sales, memos, jewellery making, accounts, reports and the tools around them, reached through app.aviratsoftware.com and the Avirat mobile app. Features depend on your plan and may improve over time.

Your account

• The person who signs up becomes the Owner and can add users, give them roles and remove them. You are responsible for everyone you give access to.
• Keep passwords private, and switch on two-factor sign-in where you can. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
• The details you give us — company name, address, GST number — must be true.

Free trial

New companies get a free trial. No payment is taken during it. When it ends, choose a plan to keep working.

Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are paid in advance for the period you choose, at the price shown when you pay, through Razorpay. Indian customers are charged GST as the law requires; we issue a tax invoice for every payment.
• If you switch on automatic renewal, the plan renews at the end of each period and is charged to the payment method you approved, until you switch it off.
• If a period ends unpaid, everything keeps working for a short grace period; after that the account becomes read-only — you can still see and export everything, but not add or change records — until it is renewed.
• We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period already paid for, and we tell Owners before it applies.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can switch off automatic renewal at any time (Settings → Billing). Your plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, in full or in part.
• If you were charged twice, or charged in error, write to info@aviratinfo.com within 30 days and we refund it in full to the original payment method, with a credit note, usually within 7 working days.

Your data

• Your business records belong to your company. Your Owner can download all of them at any time (Settings → Your Data), including after the account becomes read-only.
• We handle personal data as our privacy policy says.
• If you close your account, we keep the data 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Fair use

Do not use Avirat to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to try to reach other companies’ data, to overload or attack the service, or to copy or resell the software.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Avirat available and your data safe, with regular encrypted backups, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance, which we keep short and tell you about in advance where we can.

Responsibility

Avirat is a tool: figures, reports and documents come from the records you enter, and your company remains responsible for its own accounts, tax filings and business decisions. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid, after telling the Owner, except where we must act at once to protect the service or other customers.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
