Moving stones between branches

How to

1. Transfers → Branch Transfers → + New Transfer. Choose the branch they are going to, and pick the stones from this branch’s stock.
2. A parcel can send part of itself: type the pcs and carat to send. That part becomes its own packet and travels; the rest stays here.
3. Save. The stones are in transit until the other branch opens the transfer and presses Confirm received.
4. Cancel this transfer puts the stones back into stock at the sending branch.

Good to know

• Stones in transit can’t be sold until they are received.
• A single stone always moves whole.
• Many at once: Import from Excel — rows with the same Transfer No are one transfer; To Branch is the branch’s name.
