Reference data: shapes, colours and other lists

How to

1. Settings → Reference Data. The lists are on the left, grouped by Diamond, Gemstone, Jewellery and All products. Find a list… searches them by name.
2. Click a list to see its values. Press + Add value, type the Name (and a Code if you use one), and Save.
3. Click any value to change it: rename it, change its Sort order, or untick Active.
4. Sort order decides the order the values appear in the dropdowns on your entry screens.

Good to know

• Unticking Active hides a value from new entries; stones that already have it keep it.
• You only see the lists for the products you deal in (Settings → Products).
• Search values… finds a value in a long list.
