How to
- Settings → Backups. Last backup shows when the latest one ran; Your plan shows how often you are backed up and how many days backups are kept; Checked by a test restore shows the last time one was tested.
- Before something big, like a large import, the account owner can press Back up now. It shows how many are left today.
- The table lists every backup with when it was Taken, How (Automatic or Back up now), its Size and Status.
- To return to an earlier backup, the account owner presses Go back to this on its row. This sends a request to our team: we restore it into a copy, check it with you, and only then switch.
Good to know
- Going back replaces all your company’s data — everything entered after that backup, by every user, is gone. Our team does it with you, and a switch can be undone for 7 days.
- While your request is waiting you can press Cancel request, or Open the conversation to talk to us about it.
- Back up now is limited to a few a day; the automatic backups carry on as usual.
- Backups count toward your storage. For a copy of everything to keep yourself, see Settings → Your Data.
