How to
- Settings → Deleted Documents. Each row shows the Document, Party, Date, Amount, when it was Deleted and the date it is Kept until.
- Press Restore on the document you want back, and confirm.
- It is saved again exactly as an ordinary save would be. If a stone on it has been sold since, or you may not save that kind of document, it is refused and nothing changes.
Good to know
- It gets its old number back when nothing else has taken it.
- A receipt or payment whose invoice was paid in the meantime comes back as an advance on the party.
- Only documents saved after 10 October 2026 can be restored; older ones still show in the Audit Log.
