Settings → Your Data. Under What to download, choose Data, Files, or Data and files.
Data is a CSV file for every table — parties, stock, documents and their lines, payments, reference data, settings — plus your users and your subscription payments. Press Download my data (ZIP); it downloads straight away.
Files (or Data and files) includes your uploaded files in their folders: stone photos, purchase and party documents, logos, profile pictures and support attachments. Press Prepare the ZIP.
It is prepared in the background — the bell tells you when it is ready. Download it under Prepared exports.

Good to know

Only the Owner can download all of the company’s data.
CSV files open in Excel.
Passwords and other secrets are never included.
Up to 3 exports an hour; a prepared ZIP can be downloaded for 3 days.
A file the records name but that can’t be found is listed in files-missing.txt inside the ZIP.
