Memo ageing: what is out on memo, and for how long

Every stone out on memo (or held from a supplier on memo), how long it has been out, what is past its return date, and each party’s exposure against their credit limit.

How to

  1. Open Analysis → Memo Ageing.
  2. Under Show, choose Memos we sent (out) or Memos we received (in).
  3. Narrow it with Party, Department and Branch, and set Age buckets (days) — 30,60,90 by default. Tick Overdue only to see only lines past their return date. Press Apply filters.
  4. Look at Past return date first — those stones should be back or sold. Click a bucket card to see only its lines.
  5. The party table shows each party’s value out, Credit limit (OVER in red when they are above it), Oldest and Overdue. Export Excel downloads the lines.

Good to know

  • Value out on memo is what is still out, at the memo rate, in your main currency.
  • Memo Ageing comes with the Growth and Enterprise plans.
  • Enter a Credit limit on the party (Parties), so this report shows when they go over it.
