Stones a supplier sends you on memo (Memo In)

How to

1. Buying → Memo In → + New Memo In. Choose the supplier and enter each stone as you would on a purchase.
2. To keep stones, open the memo and press Buy (convert to purchase) — the purchase is filled from the memo.
3. To send stones back, open the memo and press Return to supplier.
4. Many at once: Import from Excel — one row per stone; rows with the same Memo No are one memo.

Good to know

• Memo-in stones are not counted as your capital until you buy them.
• The Memo Ageing report shows memos you received as well as memos you sent.
