How to
- First, on Stock, filter the stones you want to list (for example certified diamonds) and keep them with View → Save this layout as a new view.
- Open Settings → Listings (RapNet, VDB…) and press + New listing. Choose the Network, a Name (for you), and Which stones (a saved Stock view).
- Choose the Price: Asking price, in US dollars — with Adjust price by % if you want it higher or lower — or No prices.
- Choose How the network gets it. It fetches a private link: save, press copy and give the link to the network. Avirat puts it on its FTP, hourly: enter the FTP server, Port, User name, Password and Folder the network gave you.
- Press Save, then Preview to see exactly what the network will receive. For FTP, Send now sends it at once.
Good to know
- Only stones on the shelf go out — not on memo, on hold, at the maker or sold — so a sold stone leaves the network at its next refresh.
- Prices are converted to US dollars with the USD rate in Settings → Currencies; a stone bought in dollars keeps its dollar price. Stones without an asking price are left out.
- RapNet takes single diamonds only — gemstones, jewellery and parcels in the view are left out. VDB, IDEX and Nivoda get a common layout.
- Change edits a listing, and unticking On pauses it. Remove stops the link or the FTP file; stones already on the network stay there until it refreshes.
