How to

Accounts → Outstanding. Choose the date (As of) and whether to show they owe us, we owe them or everyone.
Show in converts every party’s balances to one currency at today’s rates, so a party with USD and INR invoices is one row with one net.
Click Open ledger for a party’s full history.
Export Excel for a copy to send or file.

Good to know

Advances are money received or paid before an invoice; Notes are credit and debit notes.
The dashboard’s Who owes us the most opens the same figures.
