When a customer returns stones

How to

1. Selling → Sale Returns → + New Sale Return, and choose the customer.
2. Search for what they bought and are returning, and add it as a line.
3. Save. The stones are back in stock at the cost they had.

Good to know

• Only stones this customer bought, and hasn’t already returned, can be picked.
