In Shopify: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → Create an app (name it “Avirat”). Tick the Admin API access scopes the AVIRAT screen lists, and install the app.
In AVIRAT, open Settings → Website (Shopify). Enter the Store address (your-store.myshopify.com), the Admin API access token and the API secret key, and press Connect store.
Under What goes on the store, choose the Products (none ticked = all), Carat from and Carat up to, Add to the selling price (%), Only stones that have a photo, and the Details shown on each product. Press Save.
Press Sync now to put your stones on the store. After that they sync by themselves.
The Log — pushes and online orders shows every sync, every stone taken off and every online order.

Good to know

A stone that is sold, held, sent on memo or written off comes off the store. Stones without a selling price are never shown, and your cost never is.
An online order puts the stone on hold for the buyer and emails you; you then make the sale as usual.
If the screen says online orders are not reaching Avirat yet, add the Order creation webhook in Shopify with the address it shows.
Pause stops syncing and the store keeps what it has. Disconnect leaves the products on Shopify until you remove them there.
