How purchases are numbered (voucher numbering)

Choose whether purchases of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery share one running number, or each department counts on its own. Each branch always has its own numbers.

How to

Settings → Voucher Numbering.
Choose One series for all departments (Diamond #1 → Jewellery #2 → Diamond #3) or A separate series for each department (Diamond #1 → Jewellery #1 → Diamond #2).
Press Save. Next purchase numbers shows what the next purchase in each branch will be numbered.

Good to know

Changing this never renumbers existing purchases. Each series carries on from the highest number already used.
Numbers are always kept separate for each branch.
