Open Settings → Your Web Address. Type the address you want — a sub-address of your domain, like erp.yourcompany.com — and press Use this address.
The screen shows one DNS record (Type, Name / Host, Value / Points to). Add it where your domain’s DNS is managed — GoDaddy, Cloudflare or your hosting company.
We look every 10 minutes and switch it on by ourselves once the record is seen. You get an email when it’s live. Check now looks straight away.
Once it shows Live, your team signs in there with the same accounts and passwords. Open it ↗ opens it.

Good to know

Only your company’s users can sign in at your address, and app.aviratsoftware.com keeps working too.
Once live, stone links and catalogue links you share use your address, and so do the emails your users get, such as password resets.
Only the account owner can set or remove it. Stop using this address goes back to app.aviratsoftware.com — nothing else changes.
Use a sub-address, not your bare domain — your bare domain is usually your website, and a bare domain needs an A record that would have to change if we ever move server.
It comes with the Enterprise plan. On Growth, ask us and we’ll switch it on. The security certificate renews by itself.
